Renn AI Studio Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Renn AI Studio is operated by HyperDrive Digital LLC. HyperDrive Digital is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy, except where we process information on behalf of our customers (see Section 3).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following kinds of information:

• a. Account information. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, login details, and other details you give us when you create or manage an account.
• b. Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is handled by Stripe, not stored by us. We receive limited billing details such as your name, billing address, the last four digits of your card, plan, and payment history.
• c. Webinar and marketing signups. If you sign up to watch our webinar or fill out a form on our site, we collect the email address and any other details you enter.
• d. Customer content. Websites, apps, CRM contacts, forms, products, files, and other data you create, upload, or store in Renn AI Studio, including information about your own customers.
• e. Usage information and AI prompts. The prompts, instructions, and files you send to Renn's AI tools, the output they generate, token usage, features you use, and related activity logs.
• f. Device and technical information. IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring pages, and dates and times of visits.
• g. Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure marketing. See Section 10.
• h. Communications. Messages you send to our support team and records of those conversations.

3. Customer Content and Your Customers' Data

When you use Renn AI Studio to store or collect information about other people (for example, contacts in your CRM or leads from your forms), you control that information and we process it on your behalf to provide the Services. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, giving any required privacy notices, getting any required consent, and responding to requests from those individuals. If someone contacts us about data a Renn customer holds, we may refer them to that customer.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and support the Services;
• Create and manage accounts, process payments, start trials and subscriptions, and track token usage and top-ups;
• Run AI features and generate the output you request;
• Send webinar links, service messages, receipts, and account notices;
• Send marketing emails about Renn AI Studio (you can unsubscribe at any time; see Section 11);
• Understand how the Services are used and improve them;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and enforce our Terms; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

5. AI Processing by Third-Party Providers

Renn's AI features rely on third-party AI model providers. When you use these features, your prompts, related files, and relevant project content are sent to those providers to generate a response. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms and policies. Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government ID numbers) in prompts unless it is necessary. AI output can be inaccurate, so review it before relying on it.

6. Underlying Platform: HighLevel / LeadConnector

Renn AI Studio is built on and powered in part by the HighLevel platform (also known as LeadConnector). Account data, customer content, CRM data, forms, websites, and usage information are hosted and processed on that platform. HighLevel processes this information as our service provider and under its own policies.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers: companies that help us run the Services, such as HighLevel/LeadConnector, Stripe, AI model providers, hosting, email delivery, analytics, and support tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us or as their own policies allow.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HyperDrive Digital, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
• With your permission: when you direct us to share information, including through integrations you connect.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After an account ends, we may delete customer content in line with our retention practices and those of our service providers. We may keep some information longer where needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. We are not obligated to keep customer content indefinitely after termination, so please export anything you need before you cancel.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we rely on established providers such as HighLevel and Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for telling us promptly about any unauthorized access.

10. Cookies and Analytics

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Services may not work properly without them. Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

11. Marketing Emails and Unsubscribing

If you sign up for our webinar or create an account, we may send you emails about Renn AI Studio, including follow-up emails and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email support@hyperdrivedigital.io to opt out. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send account, billing, and service messages.

12. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Access and update your account information in your account settings or by contacting us;
• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct or delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time.

To make a request, email support@hyperdrivedigital.io. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

13. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right, subject to exceptions under California law (including the CCPA as amended by the CPRA), to:

• Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and why;
• Delete personal information we collected from you;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable; and
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

The categories of information we collect are described in Section 2, the purposes in Section 4, and the categories of recipients in Section 7. We do not sell personal information for money. If our use of advertising cookies counts as "sharing" under California law, you can opt out by emailing support@hyperdrivedigital.io. You may use an authorized agent to make a request, and we may ask for proof of authorization and verify your identity.

14. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for children. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact support@hyperdrivedigital.io.

15. Users Outside the United States

The Services are operated from the United States. If you use them from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date, and where required by law we will give additional notice. Continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the revised Policy, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
